StoneCalibre, LLC founded the company in 2013 with a vision to build a diversified portfolio of market-leading brands that serve specialty applications within the diagnostics/tools sector.
Since then, it’s completed over sixty-four acquisitions of manufacturing, distribution, and services companies that bring decades-long legacies of excellence and are widely known for delivering quality, consistency, and performance in their respective markets. Previous acquisitions also brought a wealth of information and IP related to cutting-edge products used for nearly forty years, invented by people who are still working to drive advancements at our company today.

Named the company Calibre Scientific; expanded internationally into the UK, Germany, and Canada; and strengthened US operations through stronger distribution presence.

Laid the foundation for expansion by starting to form the platform, executing acquisitions in specialized areas to establish core technical capabilities and a US footprint.
2021–present
