StoneCalibre, LLC founded the company in 2013 with a vision to build a diversified portfolio of market-leading brands that serve specialty applications within the diagnostics/tools sector.
Since then, it’s completed over 64 acquisitions of manufacturing, distribution, and services companies that bring decades-long legacies of excellence and are widely known for delivering quality, consistency, and performance in their respective markets. Previous acquisitions also brought a wealth of information and IP related to pioneering products used for nearly 40 years, invented by people who are still working to drive advancements at our company today.

Named the company Calibre Scientific; expanded internationally into the UK, Germany, and Canada; and strengthened US operations through stronger distribution presence.

Laid the foundation for expansion by starting to form the platform, executing acquisitions in specialized areas to establish core technical capabilities and a US footprint.
2021–present
