Amanda Halford
Chief Executive Officer
Amanda Halford was appointed CEO of Calibre Scientific in 2026, following her successful tenure as president of the company's Distribution & Services business. As CEO, she leads the enterprise strategy and execution across Calibre Scientific Group's global platform, focused on accelerating growth, strengthening operational excellence, and advancing the company’s mission of empowering science worldwide. Since joining Calibre Scientific in 2025, Halford has played a pivotal role in aligning business units, enhancing governance, and driving scalable commercial performance. Her leadership has strengthened the company’s global footprint while elevating customer experience and operational rigor across manufacturing, distribution, and services. Halford brings more than thirty years of leadership experience in the life sciences sector, with a strong track record for scaling global scientific businesses through commercial and innovation leadership. Most recently, she served as president of Cytiva Bioprocess, where she oversaw the integration of Cytiva and PALL Life Sciences to create the global leader in products and services for biomanufacturing and development. Previously, Halford served as vice president of Sales, Service, and Commercial Operations at Cytiva and executive vice president of Life Sciences at EAG, Inc., and she held senior leadership positions at Sigma-Aldrich, including vice president of Academic Research Business, vice president of Chemistry and Materials Science Business Units, and vice president of eBusiness. Halford holds a BSc Honours in chemistry from Imperial College London, an executive MBA from EM Lyon, France, and has completed executive programs at INSEAD and Washington University in St. Louis, MO. She brings a truly global perspective to Calibre Scientific Group, having lived across Europe and the US and worked with customers in over forty countries.

Bill Kullback
Chief Financial Officer
Bill Kullback joined Calibre Scientific in June 2025. As CFO, Kullback oversees the company's global finance organization, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, investor relations, treasury, tax, IT, and procurement. Having held CFO positions at multiple public companies, Kullback brings more than thirty years of progressive finance and executive leadership experience spanning midsized to large manufacturing corporations in the medical device and life sciences sectors. Kullback previously held notable CFO roles at Lombard Medical and a variety of other companies where he managed significant finance undertakings, including venture financing, acquisitions, IPO preparations, and compliance with regulatory standards. Kullback received his MBA and BA from State University of New York at Buffalo.

Evangeline Gonzalez
President,
Proprietary Products Business
Vangie Gonzalez joined the company in July 2025 to lead the global portfolio of Calibre Scientific's Proprietary Products Businesses. Gonzalez brings over 25 years of global executive experience across the life sciences industry, with a strong track record in P&L leadership, innovation, product development, manufacturing, marketing, and commercial strategy. Most recently, she served as president of the Diagnostics Division at Antylia Scientific (acquired by Brookfield for $1.34B), where she led five acquired companies, oversaw approximately $100M in revenue, and managed a team of over 350 people across the US and EU, serving more than ten end markets. Prior to her role at Antylia, Gonzalez held senior leadership roles including SVP of Life Sciences Strategic Marketing at Becton Dickinson, SVP of Global Marketing at Danaher's Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, and chief marketing officer for the Life Sciences Division at Life Technologies (now part of Thermo Fisher Scientific). Gonzalez holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry, a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry, and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from San Francisco State University. She is known for her creative leadership, commercial focus, and executional excellence.

Joseph Lee
Chief Digital Officer
Joseph Lee joined the company in November 2025 and oversees its global initiatives in brand development and e-commerce strategy. He also leads global IT, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, as well as company-wide commercial integration and the digital transformation strategy. With over 20 years of leadership experience in the life sciences and TIC (testing, inspection, and certification) industries, Lee brings deep expertise across brand strategy, marketing, product design, e-commerce, emerging technologies, and digital technologies to the role of chief digital officer. Prior to joining Calibre Scientific, Lee served as EVP of digital strategy & customer experience at ALS Ltd., where he led a brand refresh and digital initiatives that significantly enhanced customer engagement. Lee also held senior leadership roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific and Life Technologies, where he drove strategic programs in brand strategy, product design innovation, and emerging technologies—transforming how customers interact with cloud-based instruments and lab tools. Lee holds a Bachelor of Arts in communication design from the University of Illinois Chicago and completed the Business Marketing Strategy Executive Program at Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management. His work has earned Red Dot and IDSA awards for industrial product design excellence.

Kristin Orlowski
Senior Vice President,
People & Culture
Since joining Calibre Scientific in 2021, Kristin Orlowski has shaped the company's global people strategy, driving talent acquisition, leadership development, and employee engagement across more than 1,000 employees in 12 countries. Her vision for a high-performing, inclusive culture ensures that organizational growth and business objectives are fully aligned with the development of its people. Orlowski brings more than twenty years of experience transforming people and culture systems for high-growth, complex organizations. She has held senior leadership roles at University of Michigan Athletics, Toys "R" Us Global Headquarters, and MASCO Cabinetry, where she designed and implemented talent strategies that strengthened culture, advanced leadership capability, and created measurable business impact. At Calibre Scientific, she has scaled the workforce fivefold, guided People operations through 58 acquisitions, and led the first global Culture and Engagement survey—demonstrating her ability to align vision, strategy, and execution at scale. Orlowski holds a Master of Science in public administration with a focus in human resources from the University of Michigan, is HRCI-certified (SPHR), and is an active member of SHRM.
