As part of the natural evolution of our business, Dr. Siddhartha Kadia will transition from CEO to a board advisor role, and Amanda Halford will step into the CEO role. Siddhartha joined the company in 2025 as a transformational leader to apply his strategic vision and industry leadership to organize the Calibre Scientific Group portfolio into two distinct, high-performing businesses: Manufacturing and Distribution and Services.

One year later, he has completed that mission, successfully establishing two focused business unit operations, building strong leadership teams, establishing organizational structure and processes that promote agility and focus, and positioning both business units for the next phase of growth. Most importantly, he has recruited two world-class executives with significant leadership experience in the life sciences industry. In addition, Calibre Scientific Group has put together strong operational leadership teams in the last year.

Amanda will build on this foundation and lead the company through our next chapter, while continuing to lead the Distribution & Service business. Working in close collaboration with Siddhartha over the past year, Amanda has been a proven growth leader who has consistently delivered performance, built resilient teams, and strengthened customer partnerships. Under her leadership, we will continue to build on our momentum in deepening customer relationships, expanding capabilities, and unlocking new opportunities to innovate and grow.

Evangeline Gonzalez will continue to lead as president of the manufactured products business unit. Under her leadership, we’ve greatly advanced our ability to deliver highly specialized products and technical expertise to customers who count on us to be sincere partners that are committed to their success and anticipate their evolving needs. Working in lockstep with Evangeline and the rest of our exceptional executives with deep industry experience, Amanda will continue strategic efforts to amplify our mission of empowering science across every market we serve.
