Calibre Scientific acquires Environmental Validation Solutions (EVS), a UK provider of laboratory equipment services
Calibre Scientific is pleased to announce the acquisition of Environmental Validation Solutions Ltd (“EVS” or the “Company”), a UK-based provider of laboratory equipment services to customers in the academic, private research and laboratory distribution sectors within the UK. This strategic acquisition reinforces Calibre Scientific's commitment to further expanding its services offering throughout the United Kingdom, Ireland and beyond.
Founded in 2000, EVS is an independent services organization that provides maintenance, validation, certification, and decontamination of laboratory equipment including microbiological safety cabinets, fume cupboards, cleanrooms and containment suites with the capacity to service products of all major brands sold within the UK.
