Protecting the privacy of your personal data is important to Life Science Intermediate Holdings, LLC and the affiliates in its global group of companies (each, a “Calibre Scientific Entity” or collectively, the “Calibre Scientific Entities,” “us” or “we”). Therefore, we collect and processes personal data in compliance with applicable data protection law. This Data Privacy Notice shall provide you with information on the personal data we collect and process, the purposes of the collection and processing and your rights related thereto.

When visiting a Calibre Scientific Entity website or in the context of your business relationship with us, we may process the following personal data about you:
Contact information, such as full name, work address, work telephone number, work mobile phone number, work fax number, and work email address;
Payment data, such as data necessary for processing payments and fraud prevention, including credit/debit card numbers, security code numbers, and other related billing information;
Further information voluntarily provided by you (e.g., when registering on our website or contacting us with your inquiries) or necessarily processed in the contractual relationship with the Calibre Scientific Entity; and

The legal basis for a Calibre Scientific Entity processing data about you is that such processing is necessary for the purposes of:
exercising our rights and performing our obligations in connection with any contract we make with you (Article 6 (1) (b) General Data Protection Regulation);
Compliance with our legal obligations (Article 6 (1) (c) General Data Protection Regulation); and/or
Legitimate interests pursued by the Calibre Scientific Entity (Article 6 (1) (f) General Data Protection Regulation). Generally, the legitimate interest pursued by us in relation to our use of your personal data is the efficient performance or management of your use of our website(s) and our business relationship with you.

It is important to the Calibre Scientific Entities to provide our customers with updates and news on our product portfolio. For this purpose, we may use our customers’ email addresses to provide information on products similar to those ordered in the past, where permitted by applicable law.
The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interests in promoting our products and maintaining customer relationships, or another legal basis as required under applicable law.

A Calibre Scientific Entity may transfer your personal data to:

Third parties in connection with complying with legal obligations or establishing, exercising, or defending rights or claims.
A Calibre Scientific Entity may transfer your personal data in connection with a corporate transaction.
